Countertop Canada Co. is a countertop fabrication and installation company. We are not a lead site and we do not pass your details to third parties. When you book with us, our own trained crew templates your kitchen, our shop cuts and polishes your slab, and our installers set it and seam it. One company, one standard, one warranty.
The business started because the gap between a good countertop installer and a bad one is enormous, and homeowners have almost no way to tell them apart before the old top comes off. Rather than try to police that from the outside, we decided to do the work ourselves and be accountable for every kitchen that carries our name.
Where we are based
Our head office is in Mississauga, Ontario. From there we run company crews and franchise locations across Canada, covering the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Halifax and a growing list of other cities. Every location fabricates to the same tolerances, seams to the same standard and is covered by the same written workmanship guarantee.
How we are different from a big-box install
A big-box countertop order is handed to whichever subcontractor is free that week, and the seam you live with for twenty years is the luck of the draw. We template with a laser, cut on a CNC saw and bridge saw, and our own installer sets your stone. The difference shows up at the seam, at the sink cutout and at the wall scribe — the three places a rushed job always gives itself away.
What we will tell you honestly
The most expensive slab is not always the right one. Marble stains and etches, and in a busy family kitchen a quartz that looks like marble will make you happier five years in. We will say that at the template rather than sell you the pricier stone. We would rather fit the right surface than the dearest one.
What a project looks like
We measure and quote at no charge, then you choose your slab and edge. We template once your cabinets are set and level, fabricate in the shop, remove your old tops and install the new ones — usually within seven to ten days of template. On install day we set, seam, secure and seal, then walk the kitchen with you before the job is called complete.
